When thinking negatively sometimes it is best to just write your problems down on a piece of paper. Once they are written down crumble the paper into a ball and throw it away. Now you just watched all of your negative thoughts physically leave. In conclusion, life can throw so mean punches at us and sometimes those punches will knock us down.
